I used them for years and never thought I’d feel this way, but I just don’t trust them anymore?! It’s really disappointing after sticking with them for so long.

"I don’t really trust the service anymore"
I’ve been using tela.uk for a while now, and the reliability has worn me down. The connection just drops out randomly, sometimes it’s only a few minutes, other times it drags on longer. It’s especially frustrating when I’m in the middle of work or just trying to watch something without interruptions.
Support did get back to me eventually, but the replies were slow and nothing really felt properly fixed. The same problems keep coming back, and at this point I’ve lost trust that it’ll stay up when I actually need it. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a stable connection.

The cloud was down again, and everything was painfully slow when it did come back. It kept dropping loads too, which made it really frustrating to get anything done. What annoyed me most was that there weren’t any clear next steps or guidance, so I was just left guessing whether to wait, refresh, or contact support.

I signed up with tela.uk and, yeah, the onboarding was kind of confusing. Like, some of the steps weren’t super clear, so I found myself second-guessing what I was supposed to do next. I also had to wait a bit for replies, which didn’t really help. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I guess I just expected it to feel a bit smoother.

Managing my account was frustrating. The settings were confusing to figure out, and when I tried to get help, it took way too long. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I used tela.uk recently, it wasn’t the best experience. From the first couple of messages, the replies felt a bit rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking. After a few days, I still had to chase them for basic information, which was frustrating. Nothing major went wrong in the end, but throughout the whole process it just didn’t feel as professional as I’d expect from a company I’m paying. I probably wouldn’t use them again as my first choice.

"Friendly, but not great technically"
I used tela.uk for some help with my website and, i was expecting a bit more on the technical side. They were nice to deal with and polite enough, so it wasn’t a bad experience in that sense.
The weird part is, some of the answers felt more like guesses than things they had actually checked properly. I had problems with site speed and a plugin conflict, and it took longer than I expected to get a clear answer or proper fix.
I ended up figuring out part of the solution myself, which was a bit frustrating. They might be fine for basic website help, but if you need stronger technical know-how, I’m not sure they’re the best option.

"Really not worth the money"
I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. I paid more than I thought I would, and what I got was basic, like really basic. Nothing about it stood out or made me think, okay, that price makes sense. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it felt overpriced, overpriced, and kind of disappointing. I wouldn’t use it again unless the prices came way down.

I kept having issues with the signal dropping out, and the connection felt slow and patchy most of the time. It might be fine depending on where you use it, but in the places I needed it, it just wasn’t reliable enough

I had a frustrating experience with tela.uk. I only wanted some help with my order, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like no one was properly looking into it. I kept thinking, why is this so complicated when it should’ve been a simple thing to sort out? I wouldn’t use them again because it ended up being way more hassle than it needed to be.

"Rude staff and the site only works when it wants"
The staff were rude and not helpful at all. I asked a couple of basic questions and it felt like I was annoying them just by being there. On top of that, the site seems to work only when it wants to, which just made the whole experience even more frustrating. I won’t be using Tela again.

We used their managed IT support hoping it would make things easier, but it just became a headache. Replies were slow, tickets kept getting bounced from one person to another, and our issue just sat there for days. It felt like we were trapped waiting around with no real way to get things moving. I had an issue with my order and contacted tela.uk thinking it would be sorted quickly, but it just dragged on. The replies were slow, and when they did come through, they were mostly the same basic responses that didn’t really answer what I was asking.
What made it more confusing was that one email seemed to say one thing, then another message sounded like something different was happening. They kept saying it was being looked into, but nothing actually changed, and I had to keep chasing. it still doesn’t feel properly sorted

They called it proactive support, but I was kind of confused by the whole thing. I kept getting messages I didn’t ask for, and when I replied, the answers didn’t really solve my issue anyway. It felt more like they were trying to seem helpful than actually figuring out what I needed. Not the best experience.

It wasn’t a great experience. The project took much longer than I was told it would, and getting updates felt like a job in itself... I kept having to chase just to find out what was going on. By the end, I was frustrated and just wanted it finished. I wouldn’t use tela.uk again...
